Running away cause you're losing? Game is called For Honor! Maybe find some!

So After playing most of the day of release and yesterday I've realized how many people do not have the guts to stand and fight or even fight 1v1. The skirmish mode is a joke and no one likes it, Elimination would be 10000x's better if the power ups were not in the match and revenge should not be a thing in 1v1's. I cannot even count how many times people will start in Elimination by turning around and running to gather the shield/sword power up before even trying to engage in a fight, and half the time they will go GANK someone else. The game modes are so frustrating cause a huge majority of players Have no honor! A majority of the spamhards playing PK, or Nubushi will role away and just run off to their friends or just avoid the fight in general until they have help, Or apply the cheap *** bleed and run. The bleed is a joke and the characters that have it do enough damage anyway! I think sprinting away from a fight should cost stamina especially if you run to survive. Yeah its the run away live to fight another day mentality I get that but come on peeps Its not your life its just your K/D It's amazing how many have the tendency to "flight" than fight in this game. The best fights in a game are the honor duels when team mates actually allow it to happen! Have some HONOR and STAND AND FIGHT! ... DEV's ... please add a new chat window that includes - "keep running," "Really," "Nice Gank," "No Honor" Just to taunt these flighty little snowflakes! haha That is all.

Point #1 I agree 100%. Power Ups should spawn "un-attainable" and then require time to "refresh" so you can grab them. This means it would take a little time - so you cant just run and grab a powerup to win.

Point #2 I also agree 100%. Revenge should ONLY build when outnumbered. When 2v1 the person who has 1 would build revenge. When 2v2 nobody would build it. 3v2, the "2" would build it. It should ONLY be an "evening the odds" factor. I was killed today by a guy who stacked "revenge gain on defense" in elimination. He did nothing but block over and over. I couldnt figure out his end game. Never attacked, never countered. Would Tech and Block. All the sudden... "REVENGE!" And then he was auto-parrying and getting free hits off. Felt rather cheap. Was 1v1 with NOBODY around him.

Point #3 I think this is where they should lessen run speed based on health %. If you are full HP, you should sprint 100%. If you are under 50% it should slow your sprint down by like 10-20% (not normal movement mind you, JUST sprint)... Not a ton, but just enough where you have to think twice about "running away". Think about it... If I am hit a few times with a weapon, I have taken damage, I am likely bleeding, you can BET my run speed will be a TAD slower than normal. Adjust this, and itll make it MUCH harder for a person who is being beat to just "up and run". AGAIN, I dont think this should affect NORMAL movement speed and I think it doesnt need to be a scaling factor (like at 90% you run 2% slower, at 80% 4% etc...). Just make it so if under X% (like 30-50%) you run a TAD slower. Problem solved. I think 30% might be too low. 50% might be too high... Maybe 40%. @ 40% you SPRINT 15% slower. Id try that first. See how it feels.

I agree, If it was scaled to remaining HP it'd be an improvement

Well in this game the corpses complain alot about honor, and it is hilarious.

I don't care if that quote is from a cool show or book, it is nonsense. "Talk to a wall and ask if honor matters, the silence is your answer". The thing that can't talk didn't answer my question? Point sarcastically proven!

This is really good feedback! I think revenge should build in 1v1 vs. light attack spammers. There needs to be a better way to punish light attack spamming besides "getting good". The noob game is dominated by people that light attack or counter light attacking...it is obnoxious.

The quote implies NOTHING that you stated it does in your first sentence. If you fail to see that....your reading comprehension is bad, and I feel sorry for you. You are obviously drawing context from the story surrounding the quote, instead of the quote itself, which makes your assessment null.

Your interpretation of the quote isn't imagination, it is an illogical explanation of what the quote means. You're using information that isn't there. Either way you spin it, you receive an F for reading comprehension and quote interpretation. If you don't understand this, I can't help you, and you'll always make unintelligent arguments.
