These packs say they give you 2 pieces of higher gear guaranteed, but the max I'm getting out of them is ranked 3. All of my armor is 5 and above. Is there something I'm not getting here or are the packs broken? Any information here would be useful.
the rating of the pices you get is depending off the level from the hero you choose. so if u have a level 1 hero u will get less good gear as you would get with a rep 1 or higher.
so best way is to level to rep 1 and buy gear after. dont waste your steel on low level gear
