I pre ordered my Gold collectors edition of For honor in September 2016 than feb 14th come i only receive the collectors box with no game. I talk to three different agents after waiting on que for 1 hour or 1 hour and 30 min just to receive no updates on my game or when i will get the game. Than today i wait on que again just to have the agent kick me out of the chat that i was waiting to get on to see if i will ever get my copy of the gold edition of the game. Is this really how business is done how do you even treat customers like that. this is crazy to me will definitely be the last time i ever pre order from the ubisoft store. This was a bad first time pre order experience And the agents name is Daria O. that kicked me out of the chat that i had to wait 45 minutes so if you ever enter a live chat with that name dont expect any help or answers the agent will just kick you out when the agent feels the need to .

As long as you eventually get the game for free (IE since you already paid for it, you shouldn't have to pay for it again) this delay might be good for your experience. The servers are currently in the toilet right now and you're aren't going to really enjoy the experience until ubi gets their **** together and fix them.
But, your experience is another testament. A good game ruined by the greed and incompetence of its publisher.
Yea I'm never ordering from Ubisoft's store again either.
I pre-ordered way back during the closed Alpha, then decided to upgrade my order to Gold when they announced it. You can't cancel an order online, you have to open a support ticket. It took a WEEK just to get a reply to the ticket, then another WEEK to get a followup that they'd cancelled my order. In the meantime I had re-ordered the game (as per their instruction), opting to upgrade to a collector's edition instead of just Gold.
Come release day, not a peep from Ubisoft about my order status - and both my original order and new order still showed in my account. So I checked my credit card statement, and immediately saw that they had refunded the WRONG order (despite me confirming the order number twice, and them repeating it back to me). After waiting an hour in queue for support chat - the lady figured out that they had already shipped the old (wrong) order too.
If it takes your support WEEKS to get back to customers, and you STILL mess up.. you're doing something horribly wrong. Will definitely be avoiding the ubisoft store for all purchases in the future.
