After countles bugs in R6 Siege and long brake I thought maybe Ubisoft learned something. I made mistake. I bought FOR HONOR. As soon as I started game realised playing vs Ai I dont progress. No exp, no rewards. So contacted Support. First guy tried to help for few min then sent me a link to fix connection issues. Took me about 1.5h to go through list. Done it. Resinstaled game. No help. Contacted Support again. Waited for chat 45min guy read thread and decided to disconnect conversation. Another 45 min.. same guy, disconnected again. Third guy. Read the thread, asked me do do port forwarding. Told him I done it yest and if it was connection problem i would not be able to matchmake or 2vs2 Ai would be affected also but its not. So he informed me that duel 1vs1 against AI have no rewards. Meantime i realised that all deluxe content from my account disapeared. He also told me its gona be back as soon as log in back. IT was not a case. Another lie. Bug still there. Ubisoft once again sell half product, basicly its a scum. not workin software. Customer support is a joke. All they do its just make people tired untill customer give up. Since when its my job to do port forwarding?? Never had a any connection problem. Enough is Enough. Never again from Ubisoft.

It says right there:

[PC] Duel rewards (1v1 VS AI)

• User is presented with a pop-up stating that the Rewards will be added automatically when the response comes in. However in that game mode there is no Reward.

They are working on a fix that will get in eventually. bugs happen.

This is what they told me:
AndyG: Ok I've just consulted the game lead and they have advised there is no reward for 1v1 against AI and that this message in-game will be updated later as this issue has been raised with the development team.
So you basicly saying they dont know their own game?

Costumer Support are not developers. They dont even work in the same office or in the same country (for honor was developed in montreal, toronto, quebec, Germany & Singapur).
So they don't know all the information and have to ask.
