Has anyone seen a response from Ubisoft about connectivity issues that isn't:
"Have you tried any of the connection troubleshooting (PC, Xbox One, PS4)?"
This is literally the only response Ive seen from them. THey ask if youi've tried the troubleshooting sticky then once you say "yes" they just move on to the next person and completely ignore the thread. wtf? Are you serious? Did I pay $60 for a game that doesn't work to also join a forum with a company that doesn't care?

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, if you've tried the recommended troubleshooting steps, and you were successful in forwarding your ports and you still continue to experiencing connectivity issues we would recommend creating a support ticket with a screenshot of your forwarded ports so that our technical teams can further review this.
