Right now, she is simply overpowered. Even a parry will send her back away from you, and you can't hit him. her attacks are too fast, and she has poison. Something must be done quickly, that character is harming the whole community. She should lose her damage output, or her attacks must be a lot slower in exchange for their range. Right now, a successful parry sends her so far away that you can't grab her, and a light attack is too slow to hit her. There's no skill in using that character, and it's ruining everyone's experience, except their users. Please, do something.
