Hey guys,

After hours and hours of trying since launch, I have been completely unable to find any Dominion or Deathmatch games, even when activity is high and very high. Duel and Brawl is mostly the same, although I have found a couple of games after endless retrying. But something isn't right here.

I have Open Nat, and every person here in South Africa that I have spoken to appears to be suffering with the same problem.

Is there a problem with the matchmaking system or is this a player-base issue? What sort of continent lock restrictions are we South Africans placed under with regards to the matchmaking? Non of these issues occurred during the closed beta.

I'm having the exact same issues (Also from ZA): After waiting 10min in queue 0002000115 error occurs. It is strange that the closed beta worked perfectly and the full release doesn't.

Also from SA, open/GREEN NAT and cannot find any games.

Still no luck. Has anyone received an explanation yet?
Would be great if Ubisoft could reply. Surely they can't leave an entire country in the dark?

Would be interesting to find out how many players (PC) from SA who can actually get an online match.
I have sent a support ticket in the meanwhile...

I'm from SA and every time i try join a multiplayer match it has me stuck on joining.
Again SA gets left behind.

im also from south africa, same problems, cant find any games, has any of you other guys had the problem soved?

Thanks for the response Ubi, I have been through the troubleshooting procedure as have many of my friends here in South Africa, with no luck. This appears to be a regional issue, affecting the entire player base. I will open a support ticket nevertheless.

To others struggling SA, this wasn't an issue with the closed beta, and was persistent in the open beta, so I think its more likely a matchmaking bug than a lack of players. Hopefully this is something they can acknowledge and look into patching soon.
