I know there are many threads on this already but god I need to say something. I'm almost Rep 2 with LB and he is the poorest excuse for a character I ever seen. He has 0 safe attacks other than parry->guard break->side heavy which every character can do. Even trying to light attack on him is easily parried and his heavies are so slow I have been hit out of them with a guard break during the windup. I've had a bot WALK out of his unblockable overhead counter from a parry and a berserker that was out of stamina hit me faster with his heavy attack than I could with mine. Every attack on him is easily blocked or parried and it is a struggle to do anything but cheese people off ledges. His kit just feels awful compared to everybody else and his heavy attack hits so lightly that orochi laughs at getting hit by it (if he doesn't counter it) and counters any attempt at a follow up hitting just as hard and 5x faster.

Lawbringer needs a complete overhaul in mechanics because at this point he is just fodder most of the time against anyone who knows how to parry.

I am having a blast playing Lawbringer and found a lot of success playing as him. Some players just do not understand his combos nor the fact that an aggressive Lawbringer is a dead Lawbringer. Lawbringers excel at counter-attacking and chaining together Heavy Attacks with Unblockable Attacks. There is a video on YouTube by Arekkz Gaming that is quite good and helped me understand how to play a Lawbringer better.

I already said that I'm reputation 2 and have played him for around 10 hours ingame (not counting idle time if uplay is to be believed). I know how to play the character and know his weaknesses and his weakness is EVERYTHING. A good player can counter every attack and his only safe combo is parry->guard break->side heavy. Every other attack you run a very high risk of being parried and left with no stamina. I love the character design and he feels great pubstomping, but in a regular match with decent players he is mainly a handycap or spends most of his time with a nearby hole to throw people down. You have dishonored me with your comment and I don't care for your guide (which I watched and was immediately turned off by the low level play).

Thought I'd throw in a joke as this guy has been posting that the Lawbreaker is fine when his kit is completely busted and saying people should look up a guide even when we put in the time to try and learn him to begin with.
