I have all the required ports open for Xbox Live, and play a ton of Siege which is a Ubisoft game and can connect with no issue. Every time I try to connect to For Honor, I'm greeted with a long wait, and then a 7-00000005 server unavailable error message. I've done a hard reboot to my system, and no luck. Once, after about 20 minutes of continuing to try, I was able to get into the game. On the multiplayer section, the NAT showed up green.

If this is on Ubisoft's end, please hurry up and fix it!
