    it's not because we think warlord is op ,

    the designer already said in the stream warlord is op and he gonna get nerf , now the sooner the better

    conqueror will be treated the same

    pk and warden are probably on the list as well

    Warden has exactly two viable attacks, one of which can be punished on block. Just what exactly would be left functional?

    Make guard stance change universal and give every character a 50/50 to open up turtles and BLAM this game will become something no one wants to put down. Or they need to add so many characters that we have at least 10-15 high tier options to choose from.

    They may need to look into gear and revenge mechanics. I'd like all the game modes to be enjoyable even though I mostly play duels/brawls.

    Well the issue you have now is that characters have 50/50's on PS4/Xbone that don't have 50/50's on PC.

    This comes from the game having some rather substantial input delay on the consoles along with poor frame rate. So how do you fix that? You either introduce a performance mode for consoles (which wont work because the background OS will still introduce too much input delay to have parity with PC), or you have to balance two completely different games.

    He has tiny attack range, is easily dodged, and his strong attacks are slow, if uninterruptible, still super easy to parry. What he can do well, is mix it up. He has a little bit of everything going on, so he can be a tough guy in a duel who is hard to predict and can answer most attacks (the player still has to be good with him tho). He also is super good with the end game revenge mode meta. I don't think that makes him OP, I think it makes him well rounded as a character. I hope what Ubisoft changes is to make other characters more versatile, not hammer versatile ones into a pigeon hole.

    Consoles are holding games back. That said, they should balance them separately similar to Overwatch. Ubi could afford it they could also afford to attempt using dedicated servers as a brace for their "revolutionary" P2P system.. oh well.

    OK! I have had enough. Since the last update, the warlord's full block stance has not work for me since. Peacekeepers and valkrye's still hit me in the stance and it wont work. I try to go into the full block stance and the opponent just keeps hitting me over and over. It wont let me block or parry. It says a lot when the beta played better than the full game!
