I am unable to interact with Steam overlay in any way after opening it and the only way how to get rid of it is restarting the game.
It works fine in other games.

Seems that the overlay is rendered properly, but just does not accept any keyboard or mouse input (instead, the game in background does). I bought and installed the game via Steam.

Tried running everything as Admin and re-installing Steam.
Does anybody have the same issue? Any possible solutions?

This prevent's me from buying anything via micro-transactions as Steam overlay is required to confirm the purchase.

OS: Windows 10
GPU: Nvidia GTX 970
