Hey, wondering if i can get help from anywhere ASAP.

After the closed beta, i pre-ordered For Honor - Gold Edition on Uplay. Payed with Xsolla, and got the confirmation via email (got the purchase order here) 01/30. But the game didn't appeared in my library. I got worried, and seached Forums about similar problems, and realised it was best for waiting the launch date, to see if the game was going to appear for preload. After that, i played the open beta and really enjoyed the game, even think about producing content about it.

But the launch date came, preload was liberated 00h on PC, but not for me. So i wrote a ticket for the support team, and tried to contact a agent directly, but none was available. Next day, i contacted Ubisoft Support facebook page, and talked about my case(04353468). But the page is probably from abroad(i'm from Brazil), spoke in english, and they responded(normal timing response for a facebook page) that they were going to get this to the right department(probably the brazillian support team). But i'm still waiting for a response.

I contacted Xsolla too, via facebook, to see if something went wrong by their part, but they said that according to their system, there wasn't any problem. Said to contact the game support. So, here i am. Back to the forums, to see if i can get any help ASAP. Because a few people reported to me that some old problems they had with Ubisoft are still ignored until today, and they gave up on trying. But what they had was minor problems compared to me. This is a unusual problem, but it's 200 R$(about 65$) at stake. And it's a game that really enjoyed. I'm just making sure that i'm trying everything that i can to resolve the problem, i know that can take a few more days for the support to respond(by now, it's almost 72h since i wrote the ticket). I'm just wondering for a response. And fight to get to Valhalla, of course...
