For slower characters like the lawbringer who takes about 0.45 seconds to physically change the direction of their guard, doesn't that mean you would have to react to the peacekeeper's attack in 0.15 seconds to successfully block the attack?
Unless there is strange character specific nonsense going on as with the Nobushi, that delay in guard switching is just an animation and not the actual switch time. The first lights in the PK chain can absolutely be blocked on reaction, here's me bullying a lv3 bot just to show it works: https://youtu.be/8TCzj9JKmpU

I do not have fast reactions, I'm 35 and my fingers creak.

The gimmick with PK is that the 2nd light in their chain is considerably faster, at a speed where you probably can't react to it. It's in the same speed range as the better zone attacks but can hit from any direction. To actually get the 2nd light out though, they either need to hit or whiff with the first light, so one of the most dangerous things they can do is narrowly miss a light right in front of you, because the followup will be hard to stop. You'll see the better PKs deliberately miss lights just to be able to get faster followups out, mixed in with heavy soft feints into GB to catch parries even when the parry is OS'd. Which is effective pressure for them, so when their stab damage is fixed this will put them back in top tier category. For other classes, everything can be stopped on reaction except for a few specific hits which can only come from a single direction, allowing you to plant guard in that direction as a counter. The only class which can hit quickly enough from 2 directions on the first swing to catch people out, is the Warden using Plinked Zone/Top Light.

There are people saying that they have any issue blocking ALL Peacekeeper attacks and it's actually "pretty easy". The truth is I haven't see any video or proof about it but who knows.

I'd like to see one of those "it's easy to counter spamming close quarter spammers PK/Orochis" post a video with some video footage as proof indeed.

Because right now, it feels impossible.

As far as human time reaction + lag due to P2P technology ... It really, really, pisses off. And this is the issue that is really killing the fun out of this game for me right now :

    The PK spammers everywhere.

It's ok to have some assassins etc, but this "abuse" really should be fixed.

All Orochi attacks are possible to block if you have pretty good reflexes and some experiencie and if you don't attack but PK seems simply impossible to me.

Good players don't work solely on reflexes. Against an assassin, pay attention to what stance they were in last. Unless they change it, thats the direction the next attack will come from. You need to use your memory and brain too. Watch for patterns, most players only have a few combos/plans, and are unlikely to change much through a match.

All non-lock on attacks and charging attacks hit high - expect it. Almost every dodge attack comes from the direction they dodge in, so just hold the block while they are dodging.

Know the characters. For example, Orochi light overhead is faster than side lights, so you should probably stay high guard and watch for sides.

There is a reason all of the high speed assassins are the meta right now. They are dominating everyone else.

The short answer is: if other people can do it, so can you.

Creating imaginary scapegoats only prevents you from getting better. Attack speed, human reaction speed, the p2p hosting is common to all players and not just you. Other players are not incapable of defending/countering/beating the assassin characters, therefore it is not impossible for you either. It's just frustrating to get beat. We're all experiencing that.

Not perfect but doable. Also have to note that most of the time he missed the block wasn't because he couldn't block in time but either he missed dodging, counter or parry.
