Hello hello, I love the game first off, but this stuttering issue has made it pretty hard to play.
My frames are just really bad, like sticking between 15 to 30 fps, it shouldn't be my pc as far as I know, I have;

Windows 10 (64-bit)
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970
16.00 GB of RAM

Anyone know what may be causing this? Thank ya.
