Not too much work, speed up his attacks, make his counters unblockable, have him step into some of his attacks, or use more of that polearm; give him much better stamina, make his charge cost less or do more (like leave an opponent on the ground) but not both cost a ton and leave them standing like nothing happened, last make his push go farther.
I've seen some solid Lawbringer gameplay on Youtube, against good players too. This forum, like many others, is a vacuum and doesn't represent the thoughts of the community as a whole, the Lawbringer, as far as I can tell, has been far better received outside of this message board.

This is one of the best players around and he doesn't do as well on LB as he does on other characters. He actually says that the match up vs berserker probably isn't good in the end of the lawbringer stream, which basically means the character isn't good versus assassins... which means he just plain isn't good.
Because you didn't bother watching the video.Originally Posted by Vordred Go to original post
He also said that he thinks that the Lawbringer is one of the better characters at around 49:20Originally Posted by ShinimasS Go to original post
Speed up his attacks and make counters unblockable/less easily blocked is a matter of animation frames, not too tough. Have him step into his attacks might need animation, but maybe not, just have him move forward when he attacks a bit. Give him better stamina = a numbers change, the easiest thing to code. Same with making his charge cost less stamina, only a numerical change. Although putting someone on their *** wouldn't need any new animations either, just have the victim fall down instead of standing up at the end. Its not that hard, least ways for a pro dev team. Also probably well worth Ubisoft considering too given the forums crying about Lawbringer being weak, and none of the new classes were in the closed or open beta.Originally Posted by ShinimasS Go to original post
Source: Comp sci major.
PS: Also make the overhead throw that plants enemies on their back keep them down a small amount longer, as is, the victim almost recovers faster from it than the Lawbringer.
