We have just performed a seamless maintenance for Xbox One only which will improve the matchmaking experience by increasing the Session Time Out parameter from 60 seconds to 90 seconds. This maintenance was done in reaction to the high volume of reservation session time outs in our Xbox One server logs.

1. They really make you jump through hoops to even contact support or post on the forums, between having to log in like 3 times and verify you're not a robot over and over again... makes you wonder if they're trying to deter people from reaching out
2. How glitchy can things get, or how many times can one get booted. I was annoyed yesterday. Today I'm straight up pissed. Get your **** together. I can only imagine there's tons of other PO'ed players, because I know my friends and I definitely are. If the scarce moments of properly working gameplay weren't so fun, and more importantly my copy a digital download, I'd just about be on the threshold of returning.

This is extremely frustrating. You find some time in the day to play a game, which is supposed to be down-time, relaxing or whatever you want to call it.
You pick the dailies that suit you and try to jump into a game.
First off, the matchmaking is rather long, then you get placed in the "wrong" game mode (Skirmish) which you finish with an unmotivated team. Then you vote for the correct game mode, start your grind and boom - disconnect in the 3rd round. And then the same thing over and over again ....
I think this can be an excellent game if these technical issues are addressed asap.
I hope the fix will work for the XBox community ... the PS4 lovers over here are raging and there are plenty of other games to choose from nowadays.

This is really out of hand how could they release a game like this and have it need to connect to servers for story mode is bad enough. But when you can't even get through a mission on story mode becuse it "thinks" you have a disconected ether net cable is rediculs.. Is this going to get fixed soon? I have been having fun with the game when its not kicking me out and would love to keep playing after i spent $60 on it. I don't deare play PVP if it kicks me out of story mode.

Hi, before today, i had no big probem to play, some drop on multiplayer but, I could deal with it. However, today I can't even play the game. It's a shame because I love this game and I know you work hard on it to offer us a great experience. But it seams during the night your maintenance broke my game, I can't aceed to the servers, see yourself :
I have bought this game, with gold edition, and I would enjoy my sunday playing to improve but half of the day past and it doesn't gettin' better. Please fix this, I Can't even send a case to support Ubi since when I tried, it says : "There was an error processing your request. Please try again later."

i cant even get on the game half the time . i get error code 7-00000005 every time i try to play the game i have to login and the title screeen between 7-15 times just to get into the game and when i do the faction war is unavailable and i cant participate in the faction war so if anything that needs to be fixed *****ing about the severs not working get kicked all the time well try not being able to play the game even though i bought it anyone know if this is going to be fixed because i would say its a major problem.
