Emblem of Old/Emblem of Power not recieved | Forums

For some reason i haven't gotten either the emblem of old (which might be exclusive to the winner but they didnt exactly make that clear) or the emblem of power which i was a part of the knights which was the winning faction for the open beta. Is anyone else having this issue and know how to fix it?

did you redeem them on the ubisoft club? it in uplay under "Reward".
you need to unlock them there first (for free)

Same here, I've gotten the alpha, closed beta, and open beta rewards but not the emblems despite being part of the Knights during open. I've seen some have it here and there but mine is still locked.

Mine is locked as well, I was part of alpha and betas, and I was in the Knights the whole time, still no emblem

I am yet another victim of this bs. Contacted support and they ran me around in circles.Alpha-Open Beta and was always on the Knight faction but it's still locked in the club. I hope they fix this.

Like I've already tried searching for answers, and they always lead to dead end or said they would be sending them them out soon and sent a support ticket about this but I've seen many people with the frame and such unlocked and used
