Frequent leavers in RANKED matches should be banned for the whole season.

Problem:
Lately I find myself more often (every 2nd-3rd round) in a team of 4 players total fighting against a team of 5, in most cases before the start of a 1st round.
Due to a quiter/leaver and I`m sick of it.
I see RANKED as a competetive mode where real muscle power and tactics come in place.
Currently you`re getting penelized for 15 minuts(restriction to play ranked), which is not working if a mate in your squad will join ranked.

Solution:
If a player quits 5 times during 2 weeks period without returning back, then he sould be banned from playing RANKED matches for the whole season.
And not being able to join RANKED matches through/with his squad-teammates.


P.S. Another problem within game:
Today me and a friend of mine played a RANKED match of 4 vs 5, one of our team members have left immideatlyafter first round.
We`ve played against high ranked/skilled players and the fight has been brutal. By some miracle we`ve managed to win 5:3.
Three of opponent players rage quit just after the message display "ROUND WON", because of that game thought that we`ve played against 2 players (4:2) we`ve just recieved 19 rankup points, where it`s notmal 70-90.
I find it outrageous! We where abandoned by a player from the start, all of the odds where against us, still we manage somehow to pull a victory though bath of blood and we gain nothing, NOTHING.. Just silly 19 points.

Well, I mostly notice that people are disconnecting, not leaving, due to Ubisoft's potato servers. I would hope your little rant doesn't apply to that.

Also, that sounds horrible. Being banned for the whole season? WTF. Dude. That's a bit much.

Well I see them leaving all the time after game just has been started.

Nearly every game I play, someone either on my team or the enemy team, gets disconnected. They rejoin 1 or 2 rounds later. But recently people have been getting D/C and when they load the game again there is NO option to rejoin the ranked match. On a couple of occasions a NEW random player has been added to my team. Leaving one of my friends with a ban for 15 mins.

Good job we all have more than one account. It would be nice if Ubisoft would just get the servers to work. How hard is it? Plenty of other games have servers that work, so what exactly is the problem with Ubisoft?

Id love to know the actual reason. Maybe they should buy some brand new servers.

Are you not communicating with them? What are they saying? Chances are they're just bec disconnected.... There's a new bug this season where sometimes when you're disconnected it doesn't allow you to rejoin... Sometimes it'll bring in a new person.. Sometimes it won't

In most cases it`s not a random disconnect.
If a player gets killed, then I see him leaving immideately and not coming back or if we lose a round, it says enough in my opinion.

Now because of quitters not dc I am now copper. 6 games this evening down 2v5.
Yesterday mainly 3v5.
I'm also getting put with awful pings. Mine is around 50 compred to the bullet sponges 180+.
Ranked is not fun, it is not competitive but it definitely is flawed.
The concept 10/10, over a year later and still very poor at times 0/10.
Don't get me wrong, I think it's great. Its just got to many issues that don't get resolved.

My best advice to you would be to join the Rainbow6 Siege club on Xbox live. It's a really good way join up with other squads. Anytime I ever need a squad to play with or need to pick up a player or two it's always worked out well.

This I've been seeing an awful lot since the new update... I would hope the devs know about this by now.
