Its unbelievable how you guys managed to make the lunch game trash compared to the open and closed beta!
mechanics in the game are absolutely ridiculous.
you managed to
1. somehow heavy attackers are faster than light attackers for instance lawbreaker against orochi.
2. theres also the fact that when using conquer to shield bash i go threw the enemy like its a ghost.
3. lawbreaker cant take a beating and health is too high dont matter witch hero you are.
4. Valkyrie is extremely weak and does barely any damage to peacemaker.
5. shield bashing is almost impossible to defend, it was better in the closed and open beta.
6. Shugoki when hes low on health he can one hit kill you. thats like in call of duty when i have full health and getting one shotted with a pistol.
7. guarding on a mouse is impossible. on controller it is better.
8. its impossible to defend againts the people who just spam breaks.
9. also while in a lobby you get kicked and doesnt search for new players.
10. always connection errors.
the list can go on and on i spent my money for this game and i want my moneys worth. so fix the game.
I agree so much. Attacks being faster than they should is mostly because of the extremely intelligent P2P connection, it can't be that heavy swings are always faster than my lights or zones, and IMMEDITIATE enemy light attacks with literally no warning, just getting hit before the marker even flashes up. Still don't have a clue how a succesfull company like that can have people who decide that this would be a working action to take in a reflex and reactions based MULTIPLAYER game.
Combat feels so clunky now, blocks don't seem to come up quick enough, having to tryhard against a damn wildly swinging around Kensei, I used to kill such people while AFK in the betas. Guardbreak counters not being countered even though you spam the damn button and when they get countered you can notice how delayed that happens compared to the betas.
I destroyed during the beta but right now I can't do anything even against the biggest of clueless players who play onehanded.
I would like to know what in the holy hell they have done. It's the first time I see a game change so extremely to the negative after multiple betas. Like they tested how to acutally mess the game up. Or did they have two versions of the game, Beta and release? Did they let us "test" the Beta and just left the release version rot in a corner?
And having the nerve to put up microtransactions into this scam, unbelievable. That's NOT what I playtested. Even though the betas had their problems, it was a solid enough experience for me to spend my money on it, but if I knew that it ended up being utterly crippled like this, I would have saved my money and go for a few rounds of pool and beer. I hope someone sues Ubisoft if they don't fix it.
