I pre-ordered the game but I haven't received the outfits. I've seen other people running around in the outfits so obviously they've been given out, but I haven't received mine. Is there anyone I can contact to get these pre-order bonuses?

There should have been a slip with a code for them inside your game case. I tried mine from within the For Honor game and it didn't work so you may need to try from the PSN store.

I ordered it on U-play, though. I didn't see anything saying the pre-order outfits weren't available on U-play, I thought they'd email me a code.

Hey Colt-556, if you didn't receive a code for the pre-order bonus after ordering it on Uplay, we suggest you contact the Ubisoft Shop support team. They should be able to resolve the problem for you.
