I think Lawbringer needs to be buffed slightly.
His main strength is Shove into light attack, Long Arm+light or guard break. While I get why the Long Arm needs to be slow, his lights are also pretty damn slow and can be blocked and even parries easily. Light attacks thrown randomly can sometimes get people, but if they know they're coming they become nearly worthless (which is why chains are pretty irrelevant in this game save for a one in a blue moon mindgame). This is why those attacks need to be very quick to be able go through at all, especially since after-Shove lights deal so little damage.
Which brings us to the second issue being his overall damage output. Parry into top heavy does good damage, charge into wallstun into heavy does good damage, but everything else doesn't. With how slow he is I think he honestly deserves Raider level damage.
Parrying heavy attacks. This is what could make him dangerous, if heavy attacks could be parried and punished realiably. You can already do it on most characters versus most characters by parrying to guard break to heavy, so making Lawbringer's special parry confirms guaranteed on heavy attacks isn't going to break him imo.
Other alternative changes could be: making his unblockable attacks uninterraptable, so an Orochi/PK can't just zone attack you out of it on reaction without even having to parry, Long Arm guaranteeing a heavy attack, being able to cancel Shove (pretty sure you can't right now), zone attack made like 5 times faster to match Warden/PK/Orochi, although I'd rather not have more stuff like that in the game.
But to summarize: faster light attacks, both normally and out of Shove. More damage on heavy attacks.
