I bought the deluxe version of the game right off the bat and did not receive anything either. But I read somewhere that if you bought a steel pack it unlocked the deluxe edition (after already owning it, not together). So i bought one and it worked. if you have an extra 5 bucks and don't mind spending it buy another steel pack and try it again. Bet it will work. Make sure you already have the deluxe edition downloaded though.

I did get it but its not appearing in my install list. Gone from the store too.
