Well, I spoke to my ISP again this morning and they told me they use a NAT-Type which can cause these problems. They switched it back for me to open. Now I'm looking forward testing it after work.

And yes, it worked, now my NAT-Type is green. So finally the ISP caused my problems.

I tried the UPnP on my computer by enabling discovery mode. I also have my ports opened, yet I still have MODERATE NAT. The only thing that seems to work for me is turning off my router's firewall.
