    i finally got some informations from twitch, maybe they will help some of you, me NOT. i can not reach the point to select my platform (ps4) like all of my friends did. so logical, i still have the same red box error on the twitch page and still the same error message on the ubisoft page ("you have not yet claimed this item. please visit the twitch.tv website to claim your loot"). i am waiting for ubisoft's first email respond and twitch's second, i will reply here when i got respond.

    here are the informations, good luck:

    1.) Prime loot section is missing or shows on the right side of the screen
    – Disable browser extensions
    – Try incognito or private browsing mode
    – Clear your history, cookies & cache.

    2.) If you click to claim your loot and a red box pops up at the top giving you an error, this is most likely:
    – Because the loot has been claimed already by your current account OR
    – Because the loot has been claimed by an alternate account that is also associated with your Amazon Prime account.

    3.) If you have already claimed your loot, but do not see it in game:
    – Re-link your game account to see if this resolves the issue.
    – Verify that this loot offer is not claimed on a secondary Twitch account.

    If you have done these steps, but still have issues, you will need to contact the developers of the game for further support.

    Please be aware that when you have multiple Twitch accounts associated with Prime, any account can claim the loot. Loot & Prime subscription tokens are SHARED between accounts. Once a loot offer is claimed on an account, it cannot be transferred to a different account. Additionally, Loot can only be claimed on one device. if you have the option to redeem the loot on a specific platform, please be aware you cannot transfer that loot to a different platform (IE: from ps4 to pc)

    Edit: Are you able to try to redeem the rewards using a fresh browser, so you can log into the preferred account?
    It doesn't work on the different browsers either. Also I don't see how a screenshot would help unless your willing to disable my old account.

    Did all that, still doesn't work. And yes im aware you can't transfer it. My old account isnt even linked with any of my games because it uses this one by default for my PS4. I can't use the old account even if I wanted to other than forms...In its pointless because I have this account for forms. It seems as if it auto links with my twitch Prime account and not a clear cookies kind of issue. I know this because I even tried with the library computers. Well duh im contacting the devs, thats why I posted it here in the first place.

    Just popping in to say I have the exact same issue. Tried with a different, clean, browser as well - still doesn't work. It tells me I need to be a member in order to claim the rewards. A member of what, exactly?!

    Edit: Solved it; You need to claim it via the sidebar on twitch. Just in case someone else finds this and has the same issue. Also, thanks for nothing ubi-support.

    both still not working for me, error on twitch sidebar clicking and ubisoft's page. ubi-support is a joke, always getting how to guides who everyone knows since day1. sent screenshots with all links and error messages but they still asking me for screenshots with all links . or they ask me if i really have an ubisoft account, looooool i could not even open a ticket without an account :P. i think i'll give it up, first game i've had problems with linking accounts and THAT should be very easy without problems, linked sooo much games and never got problems. no serious support, last ubisoft game.

    i've tried it in incognito mode and it worked perfectly , it was my pop up ad blocker that was causing the problem
