    Unable to claim Twitch Prime Loot.

    The problem is that everytime I try to link it for the Prime reward, it defaults me to an account that I accidenly logged into an account that Isn't my main ubisoft account...But now everytime I try to link it it automatically uses the other account that Isn't linked to my main account...Ergo it does not let me switch accounts. I Don't know how to fix this. I need help.

    Same exact thing is happening to me. I tried deactivating my old account but could not figure out how. I submitted a ticket but who knows how long that will take.

    Edit: Are you able to try to redeem the rewards using a fresh browser, so you can log into the preferred account?

    same problem I get the message "TUT UNS LEID, ABER DU MUSST MITGLIED SEIN, UM DIE ZUSATZINHALTE FREISCHALTEN ZU KÖNNEN." which means sorry, but you have to be a member to claim additional content. However I have twitchprime and my for honor ubisoft account.

    same here...twitch prime+, ubisoft account+ everything linked+ but always get error message on twitch loot prime button activating and same over ubisoft's homepage...ridiculous

    tested with firefox, iexplorer, ipad and smartphone...fresh twitch account and new linkes, doesnt work...always error message "you have to be a member..."

    Just going to add a +1 to this. No surprise, its busted and doesnt work when I try to link my twitch prime to my account either. I cleared all my history and started a new browser and everything and it says sorry you must be a member. Real nice...

    Same issue here. I am trying to redeem for PS4. I've tried redeeming using two different browser. I signed up with Twitch and setup an account for Ubisoft just for the loot.

    Your best bet is going to clear your browser cache and then try again. If that sounds like something you don't know how to do, try with a completely different browser (i.e: Chrome instead of Firefox)
