    Valkyrie get some love

    RANT incoming:

Is it me or she is so fcking trash to combo attacks. I am getting parried even amongs biggest shi*s i played with. I know i am not best or even good player with her, but whats happening with her is pretty "go fu*k yourself". Yea i watched combos, skillchains, all that **** ok? I see she is kind of parry and counter based but she is so fcking easy to parry that my *ss can do better. JESUS sry i had to get it out.

Ok now rly. Her light attacks are pretty easy to parry. and she has like 0 combo opening coz 2 are fixed direction two chains starting with light and one with heavy(which seems harder to parry for all players i asked). You dont have to remind "Hey trash she can parry counter, bleed and shield bash **** " ye i know that, problem is even you have tons of possibilities a lot of em are so expected and have so much time to react on that its limited to almost nothing.

PS : i dont care about gramar (for ******ed geeks calling out)

EDIT : and her dmg output for parrying enemy is ridicolous

She is far from bad but she needs a speed buff on her attacks. The damage values arent actually that bad in combos, but the speed is too slow to be dependant upon.

    ^^

Let me be more constructive: Are you using feints? Are you using them ENOUGH? Can you counter a guardbreak? Do you know your full moveset, can you pull off every one of those moves, and do you have them present in your head while fighting? Do you know what the other classes can do, at least the regularly happening stuff, and how to counter it (there's a counter for EVERYTHING)? If one or more of these questions got a "no", you should ask yourself if the character with one of the longest moveset lists, which is stated by Ubi as a "hard" (to learn) hero, is the right for you to start learning the game. Because, if you can't do what I just asked of you, you're still a beginner and need to master a lot more tricks before you can call yourself advanced.

Oh, and because it gets obligatory for me these days to say this, I honestly mean no offense to you or your skills.

Watching the movies about her in "How to play" really helped me. Might work for you aswell.

And also keep in mind, shes a "hard" character. She requires practise.

The only thing I think she needs is a reduction in knockback when you use her knockdown abilities as it can be annoying to have to close the gap in time to get a good hit off before your opponent is back on their feet.

I do love her ability to stop people running away though. Light jump attack into guardbreak stops them in their tracks!

My first multiplier yesterday met a Val so good she was surviving attacks from three people for a very long time and killed one.

My only problem with here is that I when I punish a player, either after I swept them off their feet or whenever, she can only do 1 attack without worrying about a block or parry. Also, this isn't a complaint, but I'm a bit confused why the nobushi has bleeds that can take away a bar of health, and are incredibly easy to do, but the Valkyrie's bleed is only half a bar and can only occur after a deflect.
I don't mind it being low damage as it's just a way to play more mind games with my opponent, but it just doesn't make sense to me.
