Who among us havent got the pre-order bonus that is not yet appearing ingame? i have claimed my Melee Pack code and the scavenger chest and champion status is not yet here. i ended up buying one 3 day champion status cause i thought it would be fixed but no good. so, Ubisoft already acknowledges this problem? or we are still unheard by them, or if there is a rolling out fix for these?

Happens to me to. Also did not find the description for "Combat pack". I don't know what it should include, but it appears nothing changed in game.

The only pack that works is the "Legacy Battle Pack".

Indeed. aside from that, those "packs" code are not working. geez.
