XB1 - game freezing after a few minutes | Forums

Hi,
i am totally frustrated as i pre-ordered the gold Edition (physical copy) and took a week off from work (silly me) and cant get the game to run no matter what fix i try. the game either completely freezes (<1 fps) or crashes during loadscreen, intro, emblem-editing or tutorial (the farthest i could get was the target dummy excercise...).
Any help would be much appreciated.
(allready tried reinstalling (3 times), reconnecting uplay, putting the game on external harddrive, reconnecting xbox account, etc...).

A lot of people are having the same issue on PS4 I can't even get past the intro movie with out it crashing .

Two days and still no reaction to my support ticket. Gonna hit my retailer this weekend and try my luck with a refund (season pass codes etc. used) if nothing chances soon.

I had the same problem on PS4 emailed ubi and they said I needed to forward all the correct ports on my router after doing that it's been working fine .

forwarded all ports from the xbox connection issue sticky but that didn't help ;( heck i even bought a 20m lan cable and an external harddrive

What's the nat on ur Xbox ?

Thanks of reminding me to check the NAT type. Had to manually enter the xboxone ip for every port. Just selecting the xbox in the fritzbox settings somehow entered the wrong ip. Seems to work now^^
