My game is stuck on preorder on Xbox one and says it's not being released until 10th April? What the hell is going on? £50+ spent on this game and I can't even play it

Cause they say to "simply" reinstall it but as a poor Australian student who has crap internet and no money to pay for better, this solution is collasally annoying

I already tried reinstalling it mate. It did nothing. Same outcome as before so don't delete it
