I've tried submitting a ticket for the error code 0004000008, which is the same error discussed above. The site keeps saying there's an error with processing the submission so I can't even talk to ubisoft support staff about it.Originally Posted by UbiInsulin Go to original post
I've forwarded the ports as well but it's been an unsuccessful work around. The game was working fine on launch day but today it's not.
