So basically ubisoft doesn't know the cap to things in there game? There is no post or place to find this info. I bought gold edition I spent money on steel beyond that and I will bump this thread till someone further in the game has max everything to find caps it's that or I make a new thread every day or delete my ps4 copy which would give me a deserved refund on a severely lacking game.
