Purchased the $99.99 XL Pack of steel in game several hours ago. Was definitely charged for the content, but have STILL not recieved my steel. On top of the fact that I was double charged, but Microsoft refunded the duplicate charge. Long story short, I'm out $100, and didn't recieve ANY steel. Really need this rectified.

Seriously. I couldnt find my promised items, so instead bought some steel.

$100. Didn't appear. I've got a head injury from the Army, which might explain why I assumed the purchase didn't go through.

SO I DID IT AGAIN!

Out 200 bucks, no steel, no deluxe items.
