As an inverted player I'd like to pull down on the mouse to block up. Is there any option for this or can one be added? I'm so used to this from warband and it goes with the way I move my mouse. I'd like to keep left/right the way they are and just reverse the top block.

Found this from a google result while trying to resolve exactly the same issue.
Have I missed a setting, or can we seriously not invert the vertical guard controls?
It makes no sense to me that this feature is missing.
I play inverted all the time, then suddenly when I need to guard, my axis is reversed. It's incredibly difficult to adapt to.
