Ubisoft , pls fix the game, the counter to guardbrreak is 50% of the time not working in game considering there is a cliff everwhere this is not playable as a competitive game.
I ask this to be fixed and a ****ing answer once in a while

I'm not sure if I'm doing it right, but I can't get the guard break to work either. I noticed the enemy doesn't have any trouble doing it, so if anyone has any tips or suggestions, that would be greatly appreciated.

They changed up the timing on the guardbreak counter. Its now right as they connect with you that you need to press it. It also seems that they made sure that you can't spam the button either, as during practice if I do it too early, I won't counter. Against other players, Latency can become a problem.

Yeah, I've noticed the change to counter guard break too. You have to input the counter when the break is flashing blue. If attempt is premature you fail and lose the ability to input the counter timing again, meaning if you press it too rapidly you're going to get thrown or slapped with an attack.

I think the change was required. Stops people spamming the button and praying.
