Seem to be missing the 7 day champion status and 2 loot boxes from the deluxe edition as well. Gamer Tag is G1nchan3173.

I bought gold edition and did not receive my 30 day champion status or scavenger crates. Xbox one GT SkeezOmatic would really like to get that stuff before it's too late in the game and becomes irrelevant.

i also bought the DE and didn't the the 7 day champ or the crates. Tried sending an email to customer service but its saying "please try again later."

can't submit email to support, says "try again later". Have the same issue with deluxe items not showing / missing.

Out of the rewards unlocked for the season pass and deluxe edition content, all I got was the sunbeam emote and the unique helmet crests. Left out was the 3 scavenger crates, the exclusive emblem, the 30 day champion status, the execution smoke effect, the deluxe edition emblem, and the 7 day champion status. The season pass and deluxe edition are both downloaded. I have uninstalled and reinstalled them. I uninstalled the beta and tried again. It still says I need to pay for the pass in the store, and the champion status needs to be paid for. I paid $100 dollars for this content and it was denied to me. I hope there are plans for compensation for the people who got ripped off.
