The people who fix the issues and coding and the people who reply to our complaints and issues aren't the same people. So not getting replies when we are throwing problems at them means we are being ignored. Regardless of whether or not the info we throw at them is being used to fix the issue, we, as their sole reason for existing, deserve accurate and timely responses. I'm about ready to get a refund on my copy. I don't buy half polished turds at the grocery store, I'm not going to buy one for my ps4.
