So, seeing as the support site will not load for me, I figured I'd post it here.

As part of my preorder (Gold Edition) from the Ubisoft store, there was a 'Legacy Battlepack' bonus. A few days ago, I received an email saying 'You will receive an email containing a code to redeem the preorder bonus on release date', I still haven't received that email and I was wondering if it was just delayed or if I should be worried.

Anyone have any ideas about this?
