The problem is that the game keeps on crashing, I choose the faction, make an crest and when I want to start game just crashes, any thoughts on that?

I even got that stupid message ups game crashed send us blah blah blah, and I do that and everything is the same, I really hope I didnt give 59.99 euros for game that doesen't work
