i play before and all was good i have gtx 970 it fix when i go out and back but why i get this ?

Can you verify the game files in the Uplay client after trying the following steps?:

Open your Control Panel, and make sure to uninstall anything which is related to Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable.

Once this is done, please download and install the following files :
