Hi Sanymas, thanks for the video. There could be various reasons why this is occurring in the game, such as your data, device memory, your friend list, background apps etc. Nevertheless, I've taken this issue to the team, with all the information you’ve shared here. I'll get back to you as soon as I get more information on this from the Devs.

Right here is the BS. The fact that you said it could be our friends list. IT WAS MINE. I had to physically remove over 200 friends to get the freezing to ALMOST go away (it still does it but only for a short time). The fact that I had to spend 4 nights doing this, and that I had to actually sever ties with a lot of friends, is BS. This all started when the Ubisoft Club came about, and the format in the game for your friend list changed.

It has nothing to do with device memory or other apps. I clear my cache regularly, and I don't play other games. This has been an issue since the last update was rolled out, when the KTM event STARTED. The fact that issues like this even exist is one thing, the fact that it takes months to even acknowledge their existence, never mind FIX THEM, is alarming.
