I just wanna know if only the player using it can see it or if everyone can see the effects..

Everyone can see the effects as they are used in game. This includes both the player and others in the match.

Since I saw other ppl with the sunbeam effect, I guess everybody can see it.

Though it only work - appear when you are not moving.

CANNOT see the execution sunbeam in shop though. Maybe that's a big bug ?

As for the sunbeam, I don't believe the EXECUTION specifically is given to pre-order/gold.

You are seriously going to force people to have this stupid immersion breaking BS even though YOU KNOW no one liked it, everyone f''ing hated it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And make toggle for turning off this white circled selection around enemy unit or make it more transparent.
