If you have one of those sword pieces where it have a push distance that is huge, equip it and you will win easily if you can break guard and push your opponent off the edge

If you want your enemy to fight you in certain place, try to get health advantage, because the game have timer so if the time run out he will lose if he don't try to get in combat

Also if they're willing to throw you off the edge you might as well do it to them. Usually triggers them when you get them instead, so it's a win win
