Alright everyone, just said screw it and bought the cheapest steel pack. After it processes through, everything is opened. Shouldn't have to pay more, but steel is nice to have anyway.

Yep. got everything from both packs. Do note you get the elite outfits FOR EACH NEW character. No outfits show on default 12.

Im Glad that worked out for you but they are not getting anymore of my money. I shouldn't have to play more money to get access to what I already paid for. Also in the Ubisoft club i dont have access to the emblems that i should since i played the open beta! Very disappointed in their silence

so here is something that the support rep had me look at to find some of the content. I was able to locate most of it this way except that my Champion status and Scav packs were still missing. so they are going to get back to me about those

After talking to microsoft the season pass and deluxe edition show that it went through but in the game dont have the 7 day champion status plus what u get with season pass or crates. I got the sunbeam like alot of other people and after talking to a few people that also have the gold edition most to all the people that bought the disc version of the gold edition is having the issue with no getting the items that they pay for but if u downloaded the game online it work fine. Also talk to ubisoft and they gave me 72hr for them to try to figure out the issue. i mean this is crazy to have this big of a issue at launch the alpha and closed beta work way better then this.
