    Same issue

    Bought the deluxe editions, didnt get champion status or crates. Submitted ticket, took a week for trashisoft to get back to me. Sent me a link on how to locate it. Then sent me a message saying it is resolved, but it isnt. Sent them a message again, time to wait another week. I promise, I will never purchase another trashisoft game again. I swear it.

    Same thing happened to me. The season Pass isn't even worth it. It's not adding additional playable content. Just new heroes. Which should break the game to even more sh*t. Played the closed and open beta and the games balancing seems worse than it started out with. My favorite character (the warden) is so underpowered now that I feel like it got a nerf for some reason. Fking ubisoft needs to get their sh*t together and realize that nobody is happy with this game. Not to mention it's P2W. I am so done with Ubisoft. I wish their company would be sued and bankrupt. I have wasted so much money on their games that its ridiculous.

    Been a week that I submitted my ticket and nothing yet. Even though I clearly said in my ticket that I have tried their dumb "locating" steps, they will probably reply back with that.

    Now I know I'm not the first and I surely will not be the last to post about this, but are we ever going to get an update or at least a response from Ubisoft on why we haven't received our content that was suppose to come along with the Gold Edition?
    It's been 2 weeks since the games release and not even a peep from Ubisoft, it's like they got their money and don't give two ****s if the player base sticks around.

    I payed my hard earned money to purchase the Gold Edition and would like an acceptable response besides sitting in queue for Online Chat support to be told "they're working on it but there's no time frame".

    I would like some compensation for the 2 weeks I've missed out on my champion status and season pass as well as everything else I was promised with my Gold Edition... $100 might not be a lot to some but to me it's a lot, especially for a game.

    4. You may type a response in the "Would you like to add more details?" section.
    5. Click "ADD COMMENT" to send the response.
    6. Click "Attach documents" and find the requested images / files and click Open.
    7. For attaching multiple files, click "+Add Files"

    Decided I'd do this since I had some extra credit on XB1 I had gotten cheap. Low and behold it's when they are having issues with Premium Credits issue and I have even received the steel I bought. So once that gets resolved who knows if that will even solve my original problem, getting pretty frustrated with this whole situation.

    same problem

    Bought this for my son for his birthday. Submitted a ticket to UBI, also reporting to Microsoft. Guess for now we have no choice but to buy steel pack.

    Update: Ooops, accidentally bought the steel pack for my account rather than my son's. However did discover something - the extra content IS installed on my account, it's just not accessible to my son on the same Xbox.
