    Ok so the only solution that seems to work is going in game and purchasing the 5000 steel for $4.99 once that is done you get your content however I still see no Legacy Battle Pack for the Pre-Order but I did get everything else including the 30 + 7 Day Champion Status. It looks like this has worked for most people but not all! It's the only solution we have because Ubisoft nor GameStop seem to have an answer for us. So if you really want your content give it a try and let us know if it worked!

    I'm having the exact same problem with the deluxe pack, I haven't received my champion status or the 2 scavenger crates that were promised, Ubisoft say they're working on this issue but something like this shouldn't happen.

    Collector's Edition with no game included

    Has anyone heard back from their support ticket yet? I ordered the Collector's Edition, and got the helmets, litho, and soundtrack CD on the 14th, but the Xbox One game (physical copy) was missing. Their is a space in the packaging for the game box, but it was empty except for the soundtrack in a clear plastic sleeve.

    I paid $130, and did not get the game, the season pass, or pre-order items (no paperwork at all in the packaging). I gave in and bought the digital standard edition last night, since I wanted to play the game now with my friends. I hope Ubi responds to my support ticket soon, so I can get everything I paid for.

    Good luck with that have nearly the Same problem but by me the complied Collector Edition is not coming. Support Tickets are not answered since Monday ^^

    What Ubisoft are not taking into consideration the lack of communication from them on the matter. LIke others effected, I have raised a support ticket. Simply coming back and stating they understand it's'frustrating' and referring me back to Ubisoft forum is not customer service, never mind good customer service. The issue is simple, we paid for a product that Ubisfot have yet to provide and that product involved releasing content, on a date they heavily promoted. Therefore, us the customers have every right to request action or demand a refund, because between Xbox and Ubisoft they have failed to provide us with the service and product advertised.

    Any company that is interested in customer care and intends to build brand loyalty would have announced the issue immediately and found some way to work around the issue. Instead, they continue to spend more time promoting the sales of these faulty edition to more unsuspecting customers. I orginally had to speak with Xbox Support to find out what the issue was, after no response by Ubisoft on Twitter. Then check the forums to discover others like you are in the same boat. Then I was required to open a service ticket, which demands I provide proof of purchase. Instead of a fun few days enjoying this product I have had to run around looking for the rest of my purchase and Ubisoft's advice is keep an eye on the forums. Really that's the best Ubisoft has to offer?

    Simply not good enough and gamers shouldn't put up with it. Plently of other games we can spend our money on. So consider this an epci fail for a product launch.

    I did this and i can confirm its didn't work for me. So I advice people not to do this!

    Confirmed. This is not a valid fix, and it certainly does not work "for most people".

    There is a disconnect between Ubisofts account servers and the account servers of Steam, Microsoft, and Sony. Until Ubisoft figures out a way to untangle their righteous fubar mistake, the best course of action is to be patient.

    That being said, Microsoft support alleges that they (Ubisoft and Microsoft) have found a workaround, but it includes issuing content to players in batches. The timeframe said that everyone should be squared away by next Friday, February 24th.

    If I, for one, havent seen any progress, or update to my support ticket by then, I will be seeking a refund for all undelivered content.

    I bought the Collectors edition box from ubisoft. came with the gold version. I have the sunbeam emote and finish, and just found yesterday the 3 helmet crests. I do not have the 7 day hero, emblems, or anything from the season pass. I put a ticket in on tuesday after waiting through 200 other people. haven't heard anything yet.

    I was telling them that in game it still offers for me to buy the season pass. when i click on it, it still says for me to purchase it, but under the "whats included" part, it says i own it. I think the last guy was right with microsoft and ubisoft not being able to read each other to determine whats been purchased and what hasn't. this Isn't the first game I've had this problem on, its just annoying not to get what you paid for.

    Whats up everyone. I too have this issue regarding my physical Gold Edition copy. I purchased mine from Best Buy in NYC at 12:04am 2/14/2017. As of today, I am missing the bulk of what I am entitled to as per the descriptions of said "Gold Edition" contents. I opened a "Ticket" with UBISOFT at exactly: 2/15/17 11:56am EST and STILL have not heard anything. I tweeted Jason Vandenberge and got nothing...I share my grievance on the XBOX One store by giving the Season Pass Ticket one star and explaining my issue there as well and there are other ppl too. At this point, I think Im about to just report this to MSFT as there is an issue for that. I read that someone in this thread mentioned something about Feb 24th, regarding how the issue at hand will be handled, I guess we shall all see...

    What UBISOFT NEEDS to do is make this a PRIORITY over EVERYTHING. To hell with character balance issues because quite frankly, there will ALWAYS be some issue that players will ***** about in forums, for example: this character is OP but this one isnt etc etc etc...This is about our MONEY that we spent for the love of this game and we have collectively NOT gotten what we are ALL entitled to. And as such UBISOFT MUST issue ALL of us brand NEW codes to get what we are again; entitled to. It's their system. If getting the codes we inputed is not working then they need to just generate NEW CODES which is well with-in their power to do and email all of us a NEW GOLD EDITION CODE and void out the ones we used. THAT is how you solve this. But nickle and diming us by saying we will give y'all an item here and there is excuse my french...********. I LOVE this game but this issue right here is disgraceful and based on my digging, this is NOT the first time UBISOFT as a COMPANY has botched Season Pass/Gold Editions before...I've even read a complain about this company on RIPOFFREPORT.COM.

    *UPDATE*WOW!!! After reading so many of you mentioning this $4.99 steel pack, I decided to give it a go...And lo and behold..The Deluxe and Season Pass was recognized and activated on my screen...smh. I am on the Xbox One...I did the following steps: Xbox One "DASHBOARD", then "STORE", "BROWSE GAMES", "ADD-ONS", then i searched for For Honor, and selected the $4.99 Steel pack. I then began the game and poof...A msg showing my purchase of the $4.99 steel and then the Deluxe/Season pass activations...Unbelievable...smh
