    XB1 - Gold Edition Redeemed and Installed, but rewards do not show up

    I was able to redeem my Gold Edition codes, but after downloading and installing the items, the rewards do not show up. No season pass, no champion status... nothing.

    Anyone else running into this?

    Im having the same issue. I for some reason I can access some but not all the features of the season pass (i.e Sunbeam emote) but i dont have championship status or steel. Uninstalling didnt help either

    Same issue here, I have the Gold Edition, and the only thing I have access to is my Helmet Crest,
    I dont have my 3 Scavenger Crates,
    I didnt get my 30 days of Champion Status
    I didnt get my Exclusive Emblem
    I didnt get my Sunbeam Emote

    I didnt get anything,that comes with the Gold Edition

    Please help


    When I go to my Xbox Games and Apps Page it shows The Deluxe Edition and Season Pass both installed
    Any help is greatly appreciated

    And I am on the Xbox One S

    no perks

    I've ordered the gold edition and have yet to receive anything but my helmet crests and sunbeam emote. When i retry inputting my code,
    it told me the code has already been redeemed. Hopefully this gets fixed soon

    Xbox Gold For Honor PAckage

    Ubisofts silence annoying

    I am having the same issue with the deluxe version and I am getting very frustrated by UBISOFTs silence on the matter!! I've tried connecting with their chat support twice to be put in a queue for over an hr each time. But if you look at their twitter or FB accounts there is no mention of any issues...I'd say with all of us having the same issue there should be something out stating they have a problem and either how to fix it or to let us know they are working on finding a fix! Silence pisses ppl off

    Gold Edition issues

    I am also having issues with this...I spent an hour waiting to get into a chat with someone on Ubisoft's support page and all they said is they will get back to me with an update on my "case" and/or post something on the forums.

    Glad I paid $99 bucks preorder for this......
