High-level play too heavily favours the defender

It just gets to a point where you and the other guy can parry, dodge, deflect or break grabs with at least 90% consistency. At that stage, whoever attacks pretty much loses. At the higher ends during beta a lot of people just played Warden, as their top light is so quick it can actually catch people off guard. But most other characters suffer greatly with very clearly telegraphed moves etc.

For casual play the game is fine but if it wants to survive in the long run we need to spice up high level play too. Personally I think we need chip damage in some form, as it stands people can just turtle for days (And as said can break any grabs you make) without any punishment. Additionally, being out of stamina only hampers your offense, not your defense aside from sprinting. You can still parry, dodge, block, break grabs... So even at lower levels players can just block away until their opponent is out of stamina then go HAM. It doesn't help that certain characters, mainly Valk and LB, feel like they're ONLY good if the opponent attacks. LB is very slow and easily read, and Valk just lacks much in the way to follow up her own shield bashes and initiate combat herself without immense risk with her low HP and Stamina.
