I can't hear the voices of the character for example in the video or in the stroy modus wtf is going on?

Please verify the game files in the Uplay/Steam client.

Once this is done let me know if the issue persists and which device you are using to get sound from the game.

I did verify it but the problem is still there. I have a Logitech G430 (Realtek High Definition Audio)

I am having this same problem and I use the Logitech g930 headset. I already verified the game files and still without specific audio features.
