    Unable to join a group

Simply unable to join a group myself, or invite a friend to a group. When trying to join, gives out an error "Failed to join the group" or something like that, don't have the exact quote.

NAT types aren't the problem. I am with open NAT.

Same here, all my friends have green nats and all ports forwarded, none can play together.

It seems that there are some big problems regarding matchmaking and groups. Yet we don't even get a "We are looking into it".

    Hahahahaha welcome to ubisoft games.
They have literally the worst networking and connectivity system I have ever dealt with. Ubisoft games are literally the only games I cannot play online. I mean that in a 100% literal sense. Blizzard games work, any steam game not involving uplay works, league works as well. But once I try to play anything ubisoft it's basically a huge sh*tshow.
I have tried playing this game with my friends since the open beta and it seriously takes hours to figure it out. We've found that there is one "middle man" that can connect to everyone, but it's seemingly random who that person is depending on the games restart. Basically, we all try hosting and inviting people in different patterns until it works .
Beautiful ubisoft experience. And by beautiful I mean pitiful and absolutely disgusting but hey, they aren't going to fix it. They never have !

Same problems here. My friends and me have green NAT but can't get invited.
"Failed to join the group, please try again later-"

Coop is the main reason I bought this game.
If I can't play along with my friends I want my money back.

Had same problems. Long connecting to matches and unable to play in group, but when joined absolutely no problems no lags just full fun. I played other multiplayers and never had any problems. I even hosted my computer as a server for 10 players for game like arma 3 which need lot better internet connection because tons (more) of information needed to be transferred between players in very short time and still had no problem. I read about NAT problem on Ubisoft games forums and the problem is in Uplay (you need to open ports). Funny thing is that it's probably not whole Uplay problem just the part which checks NAT. Probably some unnecessary line of code checks if ports are opened or other not important connection parameters and it says my internet connection is bad. As I mentioned above it's grate and even playing For Honor I had absolutely no problems. Probably Uplay just need to change script which checks internet connection and probably checking ping and bandwidth will gave lot better results. In my opinion it's worth of testing especially that Ubisoft loosing lot of clients cause of that problem. Bad information is that Uplay/Ubisoft have this problems for years and I never wrote that they tried to response or make some tests to resolve the problem. Somewhere they answered that all because they are not using dedicated server and all players are sending all info about movement punches and etc. to all players. It's not a problem in modern world with fast internet.

Suggestion to Ubisoft: Make some test and disable a part of code which checks unnecessary things like ports maybe another unnecessary stuff and apply code which will check only ping and bandwidth if needed. In every other game you need to check only ping to have full multiplayer experience. It's worth much money to resolve this problem.

P.S. http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...pe-Restricted? There is possible proof that script which checks internet capabilities is wrong cause guy got better NAT after using VPN (it haven't made his internet connection better)
