Hello there.

I had it few times in Closed Beta, but not in Open anymore.
Now, with full release, I got it again.

Sometimes, my controller goes crazy. And when You try to lock on enemy, and make a heavy attack, the character goes out of "lock" and You can't fight properly.

Need to restart the whole game to fix it.

Any ideas?

Have you made sure your drivers for the controller are fully up to date?

Please also remove any non-essential USB peripherals that could be causing a conflict with your input.

I have the same problem. Occured during the story mode. Lock and heavy attack stops working. Using Xbox one elite controller. It suddenly also turns itself off. Never happens in other games.
Did not have any problems during alpha and beta testes.

Have the exact problem, but using a wireless Xbox 360 controller. Never had such an issue with closed or open beta, only now.

Hi guys, if you have this issue try connecting te controller with a usb cable. It seems like a windows bluetooth driver issue.

I also have this issue with the Steam controller using anything other than the recommended profile.

Yesterday everything worked for me. But today I suddenly have the same problem. I had it in some beta test too.

I searched the web and you can find quite some people having this problem.

It is a Xbox Elite Controller via USB that I am using.

Same problem here, i have also a Xbox Elite Controller via USB and i have the same bug.. please help.

Same here, during beta and the first day of full game everything was working fine, and suddenly during duel I started to have the same issue.
